Sachet or bottle of approximately 5 g of saffron for occasional cooking or gift. Same use as the large format: coloring and perfume for broths, simmered poultry or dairy desserts.

A pinch is often enough for several portions; prolong the infusion in the kitchen rather than in a cup if you find the smell still too discreet. Do not parallel here with unsubstantiated “well-being” claims from traditional commerce.

Airtight seal after opening; date of purchase noted in pen on the bag if you split a family batch. Humidity absolutely to be avoided.
